John Clair’s practice is concentrated in the areas of real estate; zoning, planning, and land use law; estate planning and probate; corporate law; and civil litigation.

Mr. Clair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics from Marquette University (1984), and a Juris Doctor degree from Marquette University (1987). He has been admitted to practice law in all states courts of Wisconsin , as well as the Eastern and Western Districts of the Federal Courts in the State of Wisconsin .

Subsequent to being admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1987, Mr. Clair received an appointment as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. He was employed as a Special Agent of the FBI from 1987 – 1998 before joining Clair Law Offices , S.C. While serving as an FBI Special Agent, Mr. Clair was assigned to the FBI’s Los Angeles and Chicago field offices.
